Free Updates
Updates to the latest version are available free for two years from the date of
purchase. Follow the steps below to get a free update:
- Check to see if your license is still valid for update. To
do this, start TrackMate, and select About TrackMate...
under Help in the main menu. This window will contain the words
Free Updates Until:, followed by a date. Before this date, you can download
the latest version for free.
- If your free update period has expired, contact Sports Automation for information
on obtaining an updated license. Note: if you do not have a valid licence, the update
version will operate in demo mode only.
- If your free update period has not expired, then click
here to go to the downloads page to download the latest version.
