TrackMate Online Entries

How Does It Work?

1. Go to http://www.microsport.com/cgi-bin/tmo.cgi.
2. Create and setup the online meet.
3. With a simple click of a button, you e-mail each school an invitation to use TrackMate Online to make their entries.
4. Each school is e-mailed a link to the online meet. With a single click, they are taken to the website and can begin making entries.
5. You download the online entries to your computer.
6. You import the entries into TrackMate, and you are ready to run your meet.

How Much Does It Cost?

• To create a meet, all you need is a current TrackMate license. There is no extra charge for online entries.
• There is no charge for each school to input their entries in the online meet.

What Are the Advantages of Online Entries?

• You (the meet administrator) don't have to enter athletes rosters or put athletes into events.
• Since each school enters their own rosters and makes there own entries, there is less chance of spelling mistakes or other errors.
• The online entries process is much simpler than importing entries by e-mailing data files.
• Schools can change their rosters or entries at any time up until you close the meet.
• Each school doesn't have to install anything on their computer. They only need a web browser, so they can even use a Mac.

What Size Meet Can I Host Online?

• You are allowed to have up to 3 online meets at one time for each TrackMate license.
• Each meet can have up to 20 divisions.
• Each meet can have up to 50 schools.
• Each meet can have up to 50 events.
• Each school can have a roster of up to 100 athletes in each division.
• Each school can have up to 10 athletes in each individual event.
• Each school can have up to 2 teams in each relay event.

How Long Will My Meets Be Stored?

• As long as your online license is current and valid, your meets will be stored in the database.
• If your online license expires, your meets will be deleted after 60 days, unless you login and update your license.
